RChili Resume Parsing tips for school based recruiting?
Summary:
RChili integration is working but the customer is noticing an issue during validation. Many of the applicants for this customer will have teaching experience at either a school or university. The RChili integration is parsing that information under the "Education" block rather than "Experience" block on the external application flow. I imagine this is a situation that is not unique to RChili, and that many resume parsing applications would behave the same way, but I'm wondering if there are any tips or suggestions for a workaround or resolution? (Other than assuming candidates will fix the application themselves before submitting.) It's
