You don’t have access to this worker’s assignment info in the approval or FYI notifications
Summary:
Hi Experts,
In our approval design for Transfer and promote, when manager is initiated it should go to proposed/future Line manager + 2 HR roles and FYI notifications to both current and future manager post HR approvals.
Approval is going as per the configuration. But
1] When Transfer/Promote approval request is sent to receiving supervisor. They can't view the Promotion/transfer details with Current Vs Proposed. There we see "You don’t have access to this worker’s assignment info". Is it default expected behavior? Or something with our custom LM roles?
2] In case of future dated Transfer/Promotion. After all levels approvals are completed, both current and future LMs are getting FYI notifications.
