Summary:

Is there a way to customize the behavior for Personal Journeys? Specifically, is there a way to assign a specific alert template for when Personal Journeys are assigned, tasks are added, etc? We would also like tasks added to default as optional. Currently, tasks added default as required which causes concern for the impacted employee, specifically after the 24A release of the 'Add to Journey' button on the Redwood Learning pages.
