Need to fetch 2 weeks of consecutive leaves taken in the past 12 months for an ICP eligibility
Summary:
Hi,
We have a requirement to check the eligibility of a person for an Individual Compensation Plan only if he has taken 2 weeks of consecutive annual leaves in a roll back period of 12 months.
I am trying to achieve this in a validation fast formula at element's input level, so the FF type I can use is Element Input Validation.
The FF should check the consecutive leaves and return eligible if found.
Any suggestions/ideas on how we can achieve this?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Harshal
