TCS: Generate Printable Statement Process Not Completing
I began the Generate Printable Statements process yesterday (Monday, 3/18/2024) starting at 8:41 AM CST. I finally canceled it this morning (Tuesday, 3/19/2024) at 8:00 AM CST since it failed to complete after almost 24 hours of processing. No one is able to see their printable statements at this time. All employees can see their online statement via Me/Show More/Compensation/View Total Compensation Statement. However, because the Generate Printable Statement process is not completing, no one can see their statement via Me/Personal Information/My Compensation/Total Compensation Statement.
When I navigate to My Client Groups/Compensation/View Generated Statements and bring up some people's online statements, the 'View Printable Statement' button is visible and I am able to generate the printable statement from there. However, when that employee tries to view the printable statement via Me/Personal Info/My Compensation/Total Compensation Statement it isn't listed. I have the availability for the statement effective 3/18/2024 and the View Access set to Administrators and Workers.
