Limiting access to Embedded Requisition Candidate Page/Requisition Details

Summary:

Currently, our Hiring Managers can see all Requisition Details listings for a candidate. If a candidate has applied to multiple requisitions we want the Candidate/Requisition Details available only to the appropriate Hiring Manager. For example: If a candidate has applied to Requisiton A assigned to Hiring Manager A and Requisition B assigned to Hiring Manager B, when viewing the candidate page, we want Hiring Manager A to only be able to see Requistion Details for Requisition A. Is there a way to limit the requisition details viewable by a Hiring Manager to only the requisitions they are assigned?
