How to restrict updating the charge account and updating cost center through DFF in RSSP.

We are testing the new RSSP pages. In the classic UI we have made the charge account field readonly and the cost center of the requisition can be updated by selecting the CC value in a DFF we have setup.

In the new RSSP we see that the charge account is editable and selecting a cost center in the LOV of the DFF is not updating the charge account. How can we achieve the same functionality we have in the classic UI in the new RSSP pages?
