FYI Notification for Hiring Managers in Alert Composer

Hi All, seeking some help and guidance to create an FYI Notification to hiring managers on the offer to receive a separate notification upon candidate offer acceptance stage. Could we get some expertise how to configure, below is a screenshot of the current one we have that sends to the entire hiring team, but we're wanting to create specific notification that will go to only the Hiring Manager listed.

We would also like to include the hiring manager first name to form part of the greeting
