How to write pause or relase rule when Scheduled Shipdate is Not Null

currently we have a pause rule, which is working well. However, as per the current process/config user will need to release the pause task manually. can someone please advise how to write pause/release rule so that pause task would be releases automatically when Scheduled Ship date is NOT NULL.
