why does a Web conference link comes on an ILT Training to a learners calendar invite?

Hi Team,
When a learner is enrolled in the ILT Training , an option populates 'Download invite', and when click on it a web conference link comes as part of the calendar invite when it is an instructor led offering with instructor led activity with proper classroom and instructor and not a virtual led activity.
