Error Message: "ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource" when starting comp. cycle

I have an error message when I launched the Start Compensation cycle : Error Message: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource"

Hello everyone,

When we start the compensation plan cycle we receive some errors in the process. As you can see in the attached error logs, the message is :

"Run_rollup errored with error message as :ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource

Global_Process resulted in error, Error Message: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource

"

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
