Career site configuration - How to insert custom HTML

Hello everyone,

I would need to insert some custom HTML in order to edit the home page of the career site I am converting with a minimal template. In which section of the Theme page can I insert it? 

For example, I would like to change Find Jobs to Search, how do I make the change?
