Remove Approve and Reject buttons from expense report approval notification

Hi,

We have a requirement to remove Approve and Reject buttons from the Notifications(bell) icon, so that a manager must open the submitted expense report prior to approving or rejecting it directly from the notification screen and review the details of the expense report before approving or rejecting it.
