How do you do a release agasinst a CPA OR CCPA in RSSP?

Summary:

When searching for a contract Purchasing Agreement or Complex Complex Purchasing agreement none of these type agreement show up in the search bar. Currently, in SSP when we do a release againnst one of these type agreements we select "Enter Requsiistion Line" Did not see that option. Does this work differently in RSSP?
