We would like to report on whether a new hire has viewed a content page in the eoffer and Onboarding flows.

In OBI, I can report on the task status ("Submission Transitions Process"."Submission Transitions Task Current Status"). Is this the status of when someone view the content page or when they click on the Complete button?
