Can attachments be uploaded to AP invoices created thru a spreadsheet or third party OCR application
Summary: We are looking to see if there is a way for oracle to systematically upload an attachment to an AP invoice when the invoice is created either by an spreadsheet upload or using a 3rd party OCR application.
