Customize default filters in My Team > Career and Performance for managers across the whole company

Dear Community,


I would like to encourage managers in our organization to use My Team > Career and Performance page to assign goals for their direct reports and track their employees team's performance. However, I am facing challenges as managers get confused with the current default filters shown their team's multiple assignments (Primary, Non-primary), contingent workers.. etc. and they're simply not set to meet our needs.


Our performance process is only assigned for full-time employees and their primary assignment only. we don't want contingent to be shown, neither non-primary assignment.

As far as I understand, the option to customize the default filters for the whole organization is available in the "Evaluate Performance" page which would pop-up a sandbox to configure the changes, however, I couldn't find the same in The "Goals and Performance Overview". I would like your kind help.
