    HTML code is causing link to open in same window instead of new window

    Hello,

    We currently have some HTML text and a link on the +Add goal page in Career Development where you can add dev goals. The link takes the worker to a sharepoint site outside of HCM. After a recent update to some of the text the link no longer opens in a new tab or window. After taking a look I saw that the target="_blank" part automatically switches to rel="nofollow". I've tried to edit it a few different ways but for some reason it will not keep the target=blank. The code was working fine until recently when a few words were added
