Unable to enable / disable Regions in Redwood

Summary:

In Promotion transaction, we want to disable Compensation section but we could not find it to disable it in Regions. We want to enable direct reports Promotion section and we dont see that region to enable in promotion transaction. Not sure because it is given as separate task in Redwood (Direct Reports). We dont want few fields in Salary section, If we make fields visible in salary section, we cannot make them mandatory fields. Could anyone help us how this can be achieved in Redwood pages
