Behaviour of LOV's in responsive UI

It is not easy/intuitive to change Requester or Deliver-to location in responsive UI

We observe the following behaviour is responsive UI: When e create a requisition and go to the check out page, the Requester and Deliver-to location are defaulted based on the preferences, as expected. However, in case we want to select another value in one of these fields, it at first seems to be impossible. If we select the LOV dropdown icon, no values are shown. Also, when we manually remove the defaulted value, the LOV is still empty. Only when we remove the defaulted value and start typing the name of the new requester or location, the LOV is shown
