Mass upload of Requisitions other than FBDI and VBCS option

Summary:

We have a requirement of mass loading of requisition lines by End users. We cannot use the FBDI option as we will be not giving the access for Scheduled Process for the End Users. We know we have a option of loading through VBCS. Need to know if anyone have implemented other options to do the mass upload
