Is it possible to create a Salary basis based on customized Elements ?

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to create a Salary basis from different Elements, such as Base salary, Seniority bonus for example ?

My need is to build a Base salary like this:

Annual Salary + Seniority bonus (base on the Seniority Date in year, 5 years x A certain amount) + Target bonus (percentage) = Annual total salary

I checked in the salary basis but none of the predifined simple components corresponds to our needs.

I was wondering if creating an individual compensation plan could be the solution, by adding the different elements needed to buil the annual salary, but what would be the impact behind ?
