How to hide components from Request Eligibility Change on WFC

Hello experts,

Could you please help me with an advice for the following request?

Summary:

Steps:

Act as Proxy -> select a LM -> select the desired plan -> select an employee -> Actions -> Request Eligibility Change

Is there a way to hide one of these columns from this particular page (Advance Eligibility Options) from the plan setup?

Or just by using the Page Composer?
