Redwood - Unable to view all timecards as T&L Admin

Summary:

I have enabled Redwood and the required search capabilities. I am able to view timecards as line managers and employees without issue. When logged in as T&L administrator, I am having some issues.

I am able to access all employees from 'Add Current Time Card' and 'Add Other Time Card' - but I do not see any employees from 'Team Time Cards' - should T&L Admins be able to view all employees from Team Time Cards? I assume this is replacing Time Management for admins?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
