Fields used for Sterling mapping not getting captured in their API call for background checks
Summary:
Once a background check is initiated for a candidate after the offer is accepted , the sterling team makes an API call for which they need a mapping of the fields from Oracle and Sterling. The fields suggested were department , location and job from the offer created for the candidate whose bcg has been requested for ,however these are not getting captured in the API call being made by sterling for the background checks.
Apparently they are making GET candidate call to fetch the candidate details which doesnot capture any of the offer information. Has anyone faced this issue? What fields are being used to capture this mapping?
