INTERNAL MOBILITY: deactivate 'View Hiring Manager Profile' option

Hi community,

I am writing you because we are activating internal job posting in our organization and so we are testing it. When an employee applies to an internal job then he/she can see in Submitted Applications section the application just submitted and the related option View Hiring Manager's Profile (see screenshot 1). We need this option to be disabled or at least we need to disable some of the sections visible when clicking on it (see screenshot 2), for example our employees cannot see the organization chart or skills and development. How can we do that?
