We have business model to sell and ship products in standard method and also to rent/lease the same items.

We do have Subscription, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Order Management. We have been given many different options to build a rental model, included having to suffix our SKU as we could not process the same item in a std order or with subscription model. Then an order type with a extension to ship the primary item, then push the item back into a RENTAL sub-inventory - with a FA link for depreciation.
