How to display Contact details in People to Cover for contacts that are also employees?
Summary:
When an employee has a contact that is also an employee (or ex-employee) listed in people to cover, minimal information for this contact is displayed. Does anyone know how more information can be displayed? Can only see Relationship and Name information. Don't have visibility to see Demographic, Address, Biographical or National Identifier information.
Without this information, a benefits administrator cannot verify if the enrollment information is correctly being transmitted to the vendors. The administrator has to navigate to multiple areas of the application to effectively validate data.
