Summary:

I had opened one Free Oracle Cloud account with the intension of learning about OCI. It got created successfully. However, when I log in I only see three Card regions under Dashboard - 'View Notification', 'Create Instance', 'Manage account'.

Under Active resources there is one Identity Cloud region but nothing else can be seen.

I am attaching the screenshot of the screen I am getting after logging in to the account.

It seems my OCI account lacks some important elements.

Can I get any help through this forum so that my OCI account can be activated and I can start learning.
