Terminated employees are not shown in field "Entered By" under "Manage Requisition"

Summary: In Manage Requisitions screen, all terminated employees, with passed effective end date, are not shown in the the list of "Entered By" field.

It is impossible to see if they still have open requisition, pending approval or other status.

It is necessary to present these employees in this list
