FPS Submission with Alteration of Prepayment Dates
Hi Team,
We are using currently Lunar Payroll Frequency which will be having 4 weekly payroll. Currently, we are in a situation where our payroll period of 56 2023 Lunar Month having Period Start Date = 10-Mar-2024, Period End Date = 06-Apr-2024.
When we have executed the payroll the Process Date of payroll is 04-Apr-2024 and prepayment dates are same as payroll period start date and payroll period end date. After Prepayment, when we submit the Full Payment Summary (FPS) process, it trigger an error as below.
system error ORA-20001: Payment date {PAYMENT_DATE} for HMRC Payroll ID 100000039097370 and employee XXXX XXXXX must be between 2024-04-06 and 2025-04-05.
