How to print a prompted date selection

I have an analysis with a date range prompt on the field Work Relationship Start Date. I would like to display in the report the range that the user selected. What are the steps to do that? For example, a user is prompted and selects a date range of 07/13/2021 to 01/01/2024. Below is the desired report output:
