not able to submit education in job application flow

We have created job application flow where we are capturing education qualification details. While candidate apply for the same, candidate enters details like Major, start date end date etc.

however, when while trying to submit the same it is not working and takes it back to Major section.

Note - We have "Degree" section hiddle in profile section at education section in profiles.
