How to create an employee as a resource

Please provide guidance on how to create an employee as a Resource.

We are currently live with HCM, and are now implementing HR Help Desk, I have assigned the employee the seeded 'Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent' role but in the Resource Directory, I cannot search for this employee to 'Create as a resource"

The implementation guide says "Once you save the new employee record with a selected Resource Role, a TCA party is created for the resource." - the employee is an existing user, I have provisioned the role. Where do I check for a TCA party?
