change the name of HR phase in candidate selection process

Client wants to change the Name HR Phase in the candidate selection process to Onboarding and the text within the option in the offer phase to be com move to onboarding i tried the page composer and the user interface text, but no way to do it, can anyone advise if this change is doable.
