Validate Legal Employer based on Job DFF

Summary:

We have a requirement to validate Legal Employer in Create Job Requisition Transaction based on Job DFF value. The autocomplete team has approved this use case.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have implemented the rule, but it appears to not be functioning correctly. The intended behavior is for the rule to display an error message upon tabbing out of the Legal employer field when the Job DFF value is 'Yes' and the selected legal employer is from a specific country. However, whenever the conditions are satisfied we get "ADF_FACS-60097" instead of Error message.
