Is there a way to let Hiring Managers see the Recruiting Activities in RAC without the privileges:

IRC_UPDATE_PERSON_ADDRESS_FOR_RECRUITING_PRIV

IRC_UPDATE_PERSON_EMAIL_FOR_RECRUITING_PRIV

IRC_UPDATE_PERSON_PHONE_FOR_RECRUITING_PRIV

We would like to roll out the Recruiting Activity Center but do not want to allow Hiring Manager to have the access to edit phone, email or address
