Which Read-only DFF is importable by Visual Builder Add-in for Excel?

Summary:

I thought all the Read-only DFFs cannot be imported by Visual Builder Add-in for Excel, but some can be imported and the others cannot.

For example, Line DFF in Context sensitive segment with Read-only setting cannot be imported, but Line DFF in Global segment with Read-only setting can be imported.

Is there any specific rule that defines which DFF can be imported?
