Change the expand Talent Rating default

In the Talent Rating page, the Potential and the Performance ratings are default expand.

Our client asked to change the order of the ratings and close all the ratings.

Is it possible to close it by default

for example, we want the performance rating in the screenshot will be close like the Talent Placement.
