Recruiter Access to Requisition Restriction Based on location in oracle fusion hcm

Summary:

We want to restrict user to access application on location basis .

example -

While the new role does allow the test recruiter to see applicants to other recruiters requisitions, it allows allows her access to requisitions for legal entities she is not supposed to be able to access like Rolling Stock(US), Rolling Stock (Mexico), and the two PKC US legal entities. This reverses the segregation we just put in place
