Unable to add Recruiter and Collaborator in hiring team section

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We are facing issue where hiring manager not able to add Recruiter and Collaborator in Hiring Team section while filling job req.

I checked discussion in CCC but that did not helped addressing issue also checked knowledge document Doc ID 2874790.1 and configuration is correct according to knowledge document still issue is not addressed.

Can you please let me know how to address this issue.
