When apply internally for Job Posting PII info such as email phone num Home Address is not visible
The recruiting team is a part of HR. Our agents do not have “work emails” and “work phone numbers”. If they apply for an internal job position, we need to be able to contact them, however their(for internal employees) email, phone and home addresses are not visible. In addition, when we are pulling information for audits on the recruiting side, checking information that was provided to us for any sort of investigation or for any other reason, we need to be able to view what the employee submitted at the time of application.
The required information are visible for External Candidates, but not for internal candidates to the recruiting team, not sure, why after being hired these information becomes restricted, we need these information to be made visible for audit purposes and to ease the communication.
