I have a requirement, where one of the workforce compensation plan is already live in prod. Now business wants to exclude certain Employee's from the plan based on below parameters,
Person Number
Job Code
Business Unit
Collective Agreement
Legal Entity
All the above parameters are linked to Plan Eligibility Profile.
My solution approach:
- Creating UDT based on eligible flag Y/N, calling the UDT in Fast formula and then attaching the fast formula in plan eligibility profile but, Reevaluate eligibility with Plan Refresh is strictly not agreed upon.
