Background: We’re seeing issues with OBN after their regular updates on weekly basis, It tries to resend all failed punchout orders 3 times resulted to duplicates in the Supplier side.

Also, we receive the following autogenerated email - “For the past 3.0 hours, Oracle Business Network has been unable to post the following message. Oracle Business Network will retry for 72 hours after the initial attempt.”
