How to change the status of a line of a sales order from waiting for billing to closed


The user has mistakenly deleted the invoice from the interface table and the user created the manual invoice, but the order line is required to have its status in awating billing but the user wants the status of the line to be in closed


Previously I used a wsdl to change the status but now I try to run it and it doesn't allow me.
