PR Cancellation

Summary: Question on PR cancellation. We have created a RFQ from a PR and the requester tried to cancel the PR. System allowed the cancellation of the PR even though there is a linked RFQ. Is this the expected behavior? On the other side, if we have a PO generated from a PR and the PR cancellation is attempted, system doesn't allow the PR cancellation. This is because we had excluded the privilege ' Cancel Purchase Order as Procurement Requester' from our role assignments. Do we have any similar privilege to control PR cancellations linked to RFQ.
