Autocomplete rule - Weekly working hours do not match the assignment working hours

Summary:

Validate Weekly Working Hours against Working Hours when a user submits a Change Working Hours process. Currently, the application allows the user to submit the process even if the input weekly working hours add up to either more or less hours than the input working hours.This is under Manage teams page

Ideally, the user would be blocked from submitting the process until the weekly working hours match the working hours.

Would we be able to create an Autocomplete rule that blocks the user from submitting, and throwing an error if weekly working hours do not match the assignment working hours?
