Can a Supplier defined as Parent to another Supplier access the profile of the Child

Summary: There are 2 Suppliers who have a Parent Child relationship defined in Oracle. When we login into the Supplier Portal through the Parent Supplier Login, we are able to see the POs and Invoices for the Child Supplier, but we are not able to access the Profile of the Child Supplier. When we click on manage profile, only the Parent Supplier profile is coming up.

Is it also Possible that using the Parent Supplier's login we can access the Profile of the Child Supplier also? Please let us know.
