Unable to delete biographical information in the "Remove Person Information" process

Our client wants to delete the Birthdate, Place of Birth,country of birth as part of the GDPR Process.

So when we try to remove the Person informaiton. We are able to delete all the information including Phone,email,national identifier but we are unable to remove the Person Biographical information . Check attachment.

Please let us know how we can delete these information as they need to deleted as part of the compliance.
