Create Job Offer - Add Actions for Contingent Worker

Summary:

When creating a job offer - the only action is to add pending worker. We need this drop down list to have Add Contingent Worker. The action has been created, but I can't seem to add it the action list.

We created a job application flow for contingent workers. When we create the job offer and use the 'add pending worker' it assigns the contingent worker our pre-boarding journey for our regular workforce. I have tried eligibility criteria but that hasn't worked.

Any ideas?
